About

Seeking out mental health services demonstrates a desire for growth and change for the better; however, the idea of change can be daunting and overwhelming. This can often lead us to remain in the place of familiarity, even when that place is one of anxiety, depression, and distress.

In a calm and supportive environment, Dr. Lee works with her patient to find an individualized approach that best fits the needs of the patient. With the use of empirical evidence-based treatment, she can help her patients gain insight and define areas of personal growth. Therapy involves collaboration with patients to determine mutually agreed upon goals and outcomes.

Dr. Lee is committed to listening, understanding, and collaborating with other family members, practitioners, and school personnel in order to provide the best quality of care. The aim is to equip the patient with the necessary coping skills and tools to experience a more enriched, fulfilling, and rewarding quality of life.
