Rates & Payment
Please contact Dr. Lee to inquire about the rates for psychotherapy. Each session is 45-minutes.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Cash, check, and all major credits are accepted.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance or employee benefit program. Dr. Lee is not a participating provider with any health insurance plan except for Medicare. There may be out of network benefits, so please contact your insurance company directly to get detailed information about eligible mental health benefits covered by your plan. The following questions may be helpful to ask the insurance company:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is the deductible and the effective date of the plan (i.e., is it the beginning of the calendar year?)
How many sessions per year are covered by the health plan and is there a maximum number of visits per year?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Is there prior authorization required from my primary care physician?
